If you are dissatisfied with my services, please let me know so we can find a solution together. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can use the official complaints procedure via the NIP.

How to submit a complaint?

For support from an independent complaints officer, please contact the Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare (CBKZ):

Professional Standards
  • Wkkgz: I comply with the Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints, and Disputes Act.

  • Disputes: Unresolved complaints can be referred to the Disputes Committee for Mental Health and Pedagogical Care.

  • Ethics: As a Psychologist NIP, I adhere to the NIP Code of Ethics. This code ensures that I work with integrity, respect, and professional responsibility. You can view the full NIP Code of Ethics here.
